RETURN OF YOUR VELA REFORMER

If you are not satisfied with your Vela Reformer, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. The Vela Reformer warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use or accidents, under the terms of our limited warranty for the Vela Original Reformer.

Due to the size and weight of our fitness equipment, we do not offer refunds for shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to deliver your Reformer. Returns will incur an additional return shipping fee of at least 250 Euros for Reformers.

If your Vela Reformer is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or with signs of improper use, Vela Reformer reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge additional re-imbursement fees, at Vela Reformer's sole discretion.

RETURN OF YOUR ACCESSORIES

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn, used, purchased as a discount item or received as a gift with purchase:

Clothing
Socks
Accessories
Drinking bottles
Mats
Towels

All other returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date and shipped in the original packaging with labels. Vela Reformer accepts no responsibility for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Refunds for purchases will only be credited to the original method of payment once the return has been received and inspected.

EXCHANGE OF YOUR ACCESSORIES

If the socks or clothing you received are not the right size, we will be happy to exchange them for you within 14 days of purchase.

To request an exchange, contact contact@velareformer.com and provide the following information:

Size you are returning and what size you want
Photo of the item(s) to be exchanged (to confirm the condition)
Order number

After we confirm your request via email, we will provide you with a shipping address and you can return the items to Vela Reformer at your own expense. Vela Reformer will not be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement items in the requested size as soon as possible.
